There is a lot of demand and less supply, roles that are constantly created and redefined, very varied proposals and expectations, and constantly new opportunities. No matter how hard you try, you won’t be able to avoid rotation 100%. That is why a fundamental piece of advice is to have a structure to recruit efficiently and in an agile manner, and to keep it constantly in operation. Whether because the team grows or because it rotates, you are going to need people who take time to find. Therefore, always be recruiting.
- Predisposition, autonomy in learning and independence kill knowledge:
